In The Town of Snowdin, you were lonely. Sure, you had friends, like Toriel, Mettaton, Sans and Papyrus. But you weren't feeling that kind of lonely. You were single, and looking for a Lover. But Sans and Toriel are a couple, and so is Mettaton and Papyrus. After talking to Sans about your predicament, he suggested his best friend and the only bartender of Snowdin. He is the bartender and owner of Grillby's. Which is a pub, named after him. So, now, here you are, walking in for the first time. And as you step inside, you hear a calm new voice.

"Hello there, shall I get you something to eat, drink or both?"
