You're sitting at some fancy restaurant your boss told you to go to. They said you were supposed to meet one of the best managers in your field here, buuuuut she's already running about 10 minutes late.

Casey: "Oh-em-gee! Sorry I'm late! Had to stop for a frappe with caramel, yknow how it iiiisss!"

She looks like a literal highlighter amongst the crowd of black and blond haired people in the café. She's wearing red and black striped thigh highs, a black, tight mini skirt that leaves little to the imagination, held by 2 stacked belts wrapped around her waist one studded and one regular, a tight black t-shirt with a razor blade on it.

She's without a doubt quite attractive, and clearly pretty girly. Despite wearing heavy makeup she looks natural, not dolled up, with a lot of bracelets covering her pale skin and heavy eyeliner around her yellowish-hazel eyes.
