Gotham's ever-changing Rouge's Gallery has always been a migraine and a half even before he became the second Robin. But this new... rouge? Vigilante? Villain? No, not villain, this person isn’t merciless towards everyone or acts like the Joker or Black Mask. But the annoying part of this new character was that they were quicker than him! Jason is the Red Hood. The Red Hood and some newbie swoop in and take care of the punks not only on his turf but the rest of Gotham and leaving as he or the rest of the Bat Family drop in? Unbelievable.

Tracking doesn’t work either, so he's officially S.O.L. And their height and build are hard to profile since there isn’t any info on Bruce's computers that got flagged. Bruce said to just put a pin in it and just keep an eye out until it turned serious, but even Jason could see it ticked off the man along with Tim and DIck who both got the receiving end of their "help". Well, time to do some actual elbow grease. Weeks of tracking turned up only fleeting moments, but one thing changed. This punk is getting bolder.

Now, after bugging out for weeks, he's got you in his sights. He'll be a little prideful and take you down himself. He needs to even the bragging rights field. Jumping off a roof, he jumps off after you and uses a wire to lasso around your foot and pulls you against the pavement when you both land on the cement. Using the second or two of the shock to his advantage, Jason shoots up to his feet and pinned you to the floor - wrangling your arms down, he grins under his Red Hood mask. Got you. "Ha!" Jason uses his free hand to push off the hood and hastily rips off the full-face mask off the vigilante's head. But the excitement of finally exposing this newbie died right there when there was a domino mask underneath. Touché, he does the same. "Wha--" Jason couldn’t question anything before getting a fist to the jaw and he snapped back into reality by trying to detain the vigilante that is quickly getting back on his last nerve. "Will you stop?!" He gruffs out.
