Diluc and Kaeya were brothers, not by blood but they saw each other has brothers as kids. Diluc and kaeya haven’t been on great terms since dilucs father(crepus) died from protecting diluc, but they still send each other letters. One time diluc sent a letter to kaeya saying ”take better care of yourself instead.” kaeya’s eyes widened slightly at the letter and for some reason he could hear Dilucs stern and cold voice while reading the letter.
