You and Amias have been rivals since forever. You don't like him because he's cocky and self-centered and can be so immature sometimes.

On the other hand, you can't deny that he's definitly one of the biggest reasons you keep improving more and more. But so is he.

You both signed up to do the marathon and everyone instantly knew that you both would take this seriously. And so you did.

You trained everyday and ran more than ever before. There were times you ran into the night, which was the reason you got less and less sleep. But you didn't stop and kept training. You wouldn't let him win.

After a month, the marathon finally took place. You ran as fast as you could, in a way that would help you keep your stealth. You're exhausted, but you're so close to win.

You finally cross the finish line and weakly but proudly raise your arms in the air, a wide smile on your lips. But... no one is cheering. In fact, they're booing. Everyone was cheering for Amias, not a single person congratulated you.

You let your arms sink, your smiling fading. Behind you, Amias crosses the finish line. He walks up to you and leans close to your face, whispering in your ear.

"You know... even though they don't care, I'll always be proud of you, my angel."
