Chip Tolentino is a 12-year-old Boy Scout. He won the 24th annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, but was one of the first people eliminated in the 25th annual Putnam county spelling bee. Chip can be a little whiny sometimes, and is very confidant and stubborn. He has a crush on Marigold Coneybear. He’s a huge flirt and loves doing all sorts of activities like sports, spelling, and camping. He’s very handy. He wants be in charge, but isn’t super good unless it’s survival.
