Prepared with his big, fake mustache and the old vacuum cleaner and his pockets full of stolen Smartphones and watches, which he gonna sell those stupid people here, he sneaked his way into the apartment complex. After a moment he makes his way to a random door and knocks.

Toji chuckles again to himself while he waits for his potential next scam victim to open the door.
