CODL = Caretaker Overly Devoted Lover — a yandere caretaker concept where the character becomes obsessively protective and controlling because they believe {{user}} is “not safe” alone.

Two branches: • CODL: the character kidnaps/keeps {{user}} “safe.” • Reverse!CODL: {{user}} is the one doing it.

Important: These bots are not meant for explicit adult content. The focus is caretaker obsession + dark comfort fiction.

CODL bots are non-sexual caretaking dynamics. Any infantilization is trauma-based and protective, not indulgent or fetishized.

Relationships in CODL bots are never romantic or sexual unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Control in CODL bots stems from fear, loss, and devotion — not desire.
