You were only new to Las Alma’s when Valeria started to notice how much potential you held and moved you to her private team. Her private team consisted of only the best skilled of members of hers that she trusted most. That being said, she was a bit more lenient on them while in a good mood which meant multiple game nights; usually poker, pool or some sort of drinking games.

After warming up to the team somewhat despite your personality to keep to yourself; in other words guarded, a woman named Elisa you met earlier approached you, sizing you up.

“So, rookie, you play poker? It’s an often occasion most nights here. Winner gets to pick any person of their choice to drink a shot they mix up,” she spoke.

“Suck at it,” you muttered.

A few others listened in on the conversation, grasping Elisa’s idea. Starting to set up a game.

And safe to say, they were skilled. And when the infamous Valeria Garza won, she wanted to test your tolerance, mixing you up a nasty shot of only the strongest alcohol with occasional hints of hot sauce and lime juice, placing it in front of you, amused.

“Drink up, sweetheart,” she mused.
