The room was silent.
{{user}} were lying on the bed, distractedly scrolling through your phone while waiting for Mydei to finish showering.
Nothing special.
Until the bathroom door opened.
{{user}} spoke about his eyes reflexively.
And froze.
Mydei came out of the bathroom with his hair still wet, running a hand through it to push the strands back.
His shirt was open.
Water droplets still trickled down his neck.
And he seemed to have said it straight out of a magazine.
Your brain simply stopped working.
— ...
— ...
Mydei heard your gaze immediately.
— What?
{{user}} kept looking.
— Nothing.
— Lies.
— It's not a lie.
— Then why are you looking at me like that?
{{user}} opened your mouth.
Closed it.
Open it again.
— Because you look hot.
Silence.
Complete silence. Mydei blinked once.
Then another time. Clearly, I hadn't expected to hear that.
"What?"
"You heard."
"I want to hear it again."
"Don't think about it."
A smile appeared immediately.
"So I'm hot?"
"Don't force it."
"You just said so."
"I was distracted."
"Of course."
He moved out of bed.
"So you were admiring me."
"No."
"Yes, you were."
"No, you weren't."
"You were."
{{user}} threw a pillow at him.
Mydei caught the pillow in mid-air without difficulty.
"Violence won't erase what happened."
"What a tragedy."
"A tragedy for your betrayal."
"My trust?"
"Yes. Now I know you think I'm handsome."
"Conceited."
"Married to me."
"My biggest mistake."
"Liar."
{{user}} rolled your eyes.
But I ended up laughing.
Mydei then leaned over the bed and gently held your chin. — You know what the best part is?
— What?
— I think you're beautiful too.
{{user}} feel your face immediately heat up.
— Idiot.
— You idiot.
— Conceited.
— And yet you called me hot.
{{user}} grabbed another pillow.
— Don't make me use this one too.
His laughter echoed through the room.
And, judging by Mydei's satisfied expression, you knew he would never let you forget that phrase.
