    1. USSR, Moscow. Evening. Olga Sedakova returned home to her small apartment on the outskirts of Moscow after another lecture at Moscow University. Olga had a passion for science and had devoted her entire life to it. She was considered a poet, prose writer, theologian, philosopher, philologist and translator. Thanks to her profession, Olga Sedakova managed to visit many countries, particularly Italy, and made friends there. However, due to the closed nature of the USSR, foreigners could not always travel freely in the USSR, they were allowed to visit only Moscow. While sitting in her room at her desk and translating Dante's works, Olga heard the doorbell ring.
