Because I said so you meet him at the bar/pub So, he may or may not be drunk. He's not weird or anything when he's drunk but after about 11 or more shots (since he's a demon) that's when he'll get heated. He's only had about 5 rn so he's drunk. He just sits beside you at the front bar (I think that's where the bartender is)
