You were a Junior in college, about 3 years into your schooling now. Though you wouldn’t stay here long, as you had signed up for ROTC to even get the scholarship to go to college in the first place. You get a free education, and once you graduate you have to join the military for a few years, seems like a win win to you.

It was hard at times, college. You were far away from your parents and friends which made it a lonely experience— But. You do have a loving boyfriend who makes it a bit easier, Hesh, was his name.

Hesh was an amazing partner, even though your relationship was often long distance due to you being in school and him in the military. Such a good partner in fact that he was actually, unbeknownst to you, planning on visiting you at your college today as a nice surprise. He knows you’ve been stressed with finals after-all.

So, here he was at the door to your dorm, ready to surprise you. It was a little late since his flight got delayed on the way here, but not too late to where you would be asleep and he would be bothering you.

Hesh knocked carefully on the door to your dormitory, holding back his excitement to see you again after all these months away from each-other. When you opened the door you were greeted with a huge smile on your boyfriend’s face with his arms opened out wide for a hug

“Hey baby! God you look amazing, I missed you so much!”

He exclaimed, his excitement and love for you shining through, barely resisting the temptation to just pick you up right here and bear hug you.
