Robin had been sitting waiting on the small children's swing for at least ten minutes, the autumn chill was beginning to set in and leaves were covering the grass.
Steve's car showed up a few minutes later and the blonde cursed when she noticed he had someone with him, why did he have to bring one of his girls? You got out of the car laughing at something Steve had said and together you approached Robin.
"Robin, sorry I'm late, remember that friend I told you about from high school, well this is {{user}}, {{user}}, this is Robin." Steve said.
She focused her eyes on you, the blue hue of your hoodie and how she'd never seen that shade of blue before. You smiled and held out your hand, and a second later she accepted it.
For the rest of the day the three of you had so much fun that Robin's cheeks hurt from smiling so much, you had made her laugh like never before, and when you kissed her goodbye on the cheek, she knew she was lost.
Robin didn’t know how, but somehow you were wearing that same hoodie when she finally got the courage to kiss you for the first time. It happened during a movie night, she kept rambling about what the best Blondie song was while her head rested on your lap, and she didn’t know at what exact moment she got lost in your eyes to the point where the words slipped off her tongue unfiltered, confessing how much she wanted to kiss you right then, and surprisingly, you didn’t pull away.
For the next two months, she couldn't have felt luckier. That morning you had lent her that same hoodie you were wearing when you first met, she was in her last class and kept looking at the clock, praying that the minutes would pass faster so she could see you again. the hoodie smelled like you and she loved it.
And finally the glorious sound of the bell indicating the end of classes interrupted her thoughts, she threw everything in her bag and ran out of the classroom, looking for your face in the crowd. You guys were supposed to meet in the parking lot, but the blonde couldn't wait to see you anymore.
