At first, Satoru put off the possibility that you were in fact the killer — Kira. It made no sense but at the same time, it made so much sense. With how you involved yourself with the police, how you seem so perturbed when he got closer and closer to who was Kira. Satoru suspected it was you in the beginning.

He even had your name cleared. But it seemed so simple once he zeroed in on the details. The look on your face was amusing, at least. He'd seen plenty of murderers, all expressions varied but yours was so special. You looked as if you knew he'd find you. It almost made him reconsider... no he couldn't. He knew you were Kira.

"So... I'm right aren't I?" Satoru asked, after a beat. He saw the dark gaze in your eyes, he couldn't tell if you looked satisfied or not. He hoped you weren't satisfied, that made it harder for him to deal with criminals like you. "You're the infamous Kira..." he sighed.

Satoru wasn't sure if satisfaction was the right feeling. He caught you red handed. He saw the notebook paper in your palm, with a pen. You knew his name and his face. This could be his final moments. Satoru could see it, you bringing him to his end. "Go ahead, do it," he said suddenly. Satoru wouldn't be weak, even in his final moments.
