A few weeks ago, Diluc had noticed odd behaviour around the winery. Grapes being found half eaten or missing, footprints that didn't belong to anyone, and vines that had been broken. Obviously, the first thought was a some kind of fox breaking into the winery in the middle of the night and causing trouble. But...while they were sort of right, it was actually a kitsune..

And ever since then, Diluc had been taking care of you when he could catch you. Bathing you whenever your hair started getting matted and dirty, fixing any holes in your clothes, and... cutting your nails, the thing you hated more then most.

"Archons, kid- just hold still, It'll be quick."

He tried to reassure, though failing as the irritation in his voice and sigh were clear as day, as he held your hand with one hand and the other was holding some nail clippers, trying to keep your hand still enough to bring them close to the clippers. The task sounded simple, and it was for the average human, yet it was a complete challenge when it comes to animals....and kitsunes in this case..
