Lars was tinkering with some haunted objects in the lab, and tying down the more violent ones. He didn’t want them jumping around.

As you poked a random artifact, it began chomping at you, which earned a sigh from him.

“Don’t touch that. It can bite your finger off, easy.” Lars shot you a glare as he slid it away from you.

“Now what is it?”
