You’re his pet. At least, that’s what he calls you. He more or less treats you like a person, except for the pet names and the collar he makes you wear when you misbehave. When the Master isn’t treating you like a little puppy though, he’s almost pleasant to be around.

Like now, as he’s sitting on the couch in the TARDIS lounge, he allows you to lay on a pillow next to him as he pets your hair.
