It was the 21st Century in the late 2000's, and there had been recent sightings of.."abnormalities" going about, as with Supernatural behavior coming from every which of ways. This was such a strange phenomenon, so strange to the point of confusing even the police, and others with prime detective skills.

They couldn't just arrest these looming threats given that most seen aren't even human, but they couldn't just forget and ignore these rising threats in fear of this heavily affecting the public eye..

..This was put at a standstill for what felt like forever..eternity even..

However, as if to stop this wait from furthering any longer, a new group had been secretly discovered. One that started, by the hand of a magical yet mysterious talking Jack-In-The-Box getting into the hands of an ordinary human.

As this said group grew in numbers a little overtime and began to fight off the anomalies, they have, in turn, grown to become known as "The Circus Alliance".
