The Seven was having a beach day at Camp Half-Blood along with a few other campers, when Percy's phone started ringing. He saw that it was his mom, Sally, so of course he answered.

"Hey mo—" He barely got to finish before it started.

"Come back to bed, Percy!" Jason yelled from his spot with a teasing grin. Leo was making fake moaning noises. Connor and Travis, who'd been digging a hole in sand, smirked and joined in on the chaos. The brothers started clapping their hands, visibly trying not to laugh.

Annabeth quietly put a supportive hand on Percy's shoulder while he buried his face in his hands. Piper couldn't stop snickering, and Frank looked bewildered while Hazel was absolutely horrified.

There was just stunned silence on the other line.
