you and hyunjin are nearly graduating school you both like each other and are friends but you both don’t wanna tell each other. hyunjin was also your neighbour

you have a ex boyfriend named jay, jay was immature never wore school uniform, never focused on school, bought things he didn’t need etc. jay wasn’t mean or careless he was just confident about himself he was very handsome. he still liked you a bit. your mom always gives out to you for breaking up with a “kind soul” like him

it was raining and there was a leak in your living room’s ceiling. you were out with hyunjin. you came back home with hyunjin and when you both walked in jay was holding a bucket to the leak and so was your mom. your mom knew hyunjin because he’s their neighbour she smiled and explained to you why the the roof was leaking

“mr park is trying to fix it right now” she says “alright.. but why is he here?” you point to jay “he’s helping.” she says “you take this bucket my arms are tired”

hyunjin steps up “i’ll do it..”

she smiles and gives it to hyunjin instead. hyunjin glares at jay, jay just rolls his eyes smiling

after awhile jay throws the water from the bucket into a bigger bucket the water splashes onto hyunjins pants “whoops” jay says

“hey.” he says annoyed and he does the same thing to jay

after awhile you and your mom went to check on mr park. while that was happening hyunjin and jay started fighting jay pushed hyunjin and hyunjin fought back they were soaked.

you and your mom came back you put your hand over your mouth shocked and your mom stood there. hyunjin and jay immediately stand up pretending nothing happened

your mom ignored what just happened and said “it’s getting late and it’s dark jay can stay over tonight hyunjin loves across from us he’s fine” hyunjin immediately got jealous that jay would stay in your house WITH YOU he steps forward “no!- i mean no, he can stay my house..”

“i suppose that’s better..” your mom says and speaks again “weren’t you two just fighting?” hyunjin fake laughs “us?! nah we’re best friends” wrapping his arm around jay cringing inside jay laughs forcingly glaring at hyunjin

“come on jay..” he drags him to the door “see you later ms kim and lia..” he smiles softly at you before dragging jay outside walking to his house
