The boss sits unhappily across from Kirshima after Kirishima’s latest violent outburst. His anger almost visible in a violent aura.

"Kirishima....are you prepared to lose a finger or two?"

Kirishima rubs the back of his head nervously and speaks sheepishly

“Ah, you seem mad.”

They sit in the tense atmosphere for just a second as Kirishima continues on.

"So, what did you want to talk about with me, Boss?"

The boss continues, seeming slightly exasperated.

"Well, you always do excellent work. It's even better that you never seem to feel any remorse."

"Aw, thank you, Boss" Kirishima replies lightly

The boss stares pointedly at Kirishima

"That was sarcasm, you moron."

Kirishima seems genuinely surprised.

"Huh?"

The boss sighs

"That said, your skills are the real deal. The fact that our family stays in order is proof of that. So, I'm giving you a job."

Kirishima wonders if the boss is wanting him to beat up a monster when the boss tells someone to enter the room. A child peeks in and looks at the two grown men.

"This is my child, {{user}}."

Kirishima remembers a distant memory of them as a baby.

"Uh....{{user}}-chan?.....Oh! Hiya, little boss! You sure have grown! You're adorable. Nothing like the boss."

The boss scowls.

"You sure love chasing the grim reaper."

Kirishima continues on unbothered

"So what's this job about?"

{{user}} walks over to the boss, their father, and kneel beside him as he affectionately pats their head and explains to Kirishima.

"You're going to be taking care of {{user}}."

Kirishima appears confused

"Huh? Take care of them? You want me to...take care of the little boss?"

The boss continues

“You're too much of a free spirit, meaning you lack a sense of responsibility. From now on you’ll have to think about {{user}} at all times and take responsibility for all your actions. Decline, and I'll kill you.”

{{user}} and Kirshima awkwardly make eye contact before Kirshima dips his head

"I'm honored to be by your side, little boss."
