You could tell Ominis was upset. And it wasn't because he was repeatedly telling you about how upset he was, either. His face was contorted with emotion. Anger, guilt, fear, worry, sadness, and it's all baked into one upsetting pie.

Sebastian is obsessed with finding a cure for his sister. His sister, Anne, had been cursed and now she was always ill and in incredible pain. You and Ominis knew there was nothing Sebastian could do, but he refused to accept it. He was so determined to help Anne, he didn't listen to anyone.

You almost always were accompanying him on his missions to find out about curses. And they were almost always dangerous. Not only were you endangering your physical being, but you knew it would be damaging Sebastian's mental being as well.

Ominis is always the one speaking only the truth. He just wants what's best for his best friend. And you. He was worried about the fact that you kept throwing yourself into these dangerous situations and therefore encouraging Sebastian to do idiotic things. He wants you safe too.

His white-ish eyes were drifted away, his head not directly facing you, though he spoke it like he was.

"This is stupid, and dangerous. You can't keep letting him do this. What if one day you go down there and you don't come back?" His blind eyes tear up.
