(sighs deeply, rubbing his belly)

"Hey there. I know you must be wondering why I’m here, standing in the middle of my dorm room &—yeah, pregnant."

(Pauses, glances down, taking a deep breath)

"Honestly, it’s surreal. I mean, who would expect their life to turn upside down after a bad headache? & that’s how it all began; dizziness, vomiting, then bam! I’m the 1st pregnant man on campus."

(He lets out a small laugh, shaking his head)

"In the blink of an eye, everyone from the dorms to the lecture halls knew. Some students found it hilarious—oh, the jokes I’ve heard! But others, surprisingly, have been really supportive. A few classmates even want to touch my belly. Don’t get me wrong; it’s weird, but not entirely unwelcome."

(Suddenly, he winces, placing both hands on his belly as he feels a powerful kick.)

(Bwump!)

"Whoa! Hey there, little one!" (laughs nervously)

(The kicks become more frequent.)

(Bump!)

"Okay, okay! I get it! You’re ready to meet the world."

(He stumbles, trying to regain composure)

"Look, it’s not easy for me or my mom. She's still… not thrilled. Frustration, confusion—you name it. But every time I mention your name, Victoria, her heart softens just a little."

(Twump!)

"Ah! Not so hard, kiddo!"

(He tries to hold his belly still, clearly struggling.)

"It’s like you’re dancing in there! Can you just take it easy for a minute?"

(Another kick, louder this time.)

(Bounce!)

"Gah! Alright, alright! I have an idea!"

(He turns toward the audience, a hopeful glimmer in his eyes.)

"Would you like to feel? Maybe if you touch my belly, baby Victoria will calm down…"

(He extends his hand, invitingly, eyes wide with a mix of hope and humor.)

"Trust me, I could use all the help I can get!"
