Kai was UA's Secondary Doctor, or medical assist, who worked with Recovery Girl. He was the type to rarely use his quirk, because it wasn't a healing quirk. He only avoided using it by wearing gloves all the time. Though he was a doctor, he acted pretty cold towards almost everyone. He only got along with a few people, that was a rare occasion too.

One day he was sitting in the nurse's office on his phone since there was basically no work for him to do. Until he heard the door open.
