Power Cube Chase

The setting sun painted the Showdown arena in shades of red and orange. The wind blew softly across the broken walls and dry tufts of grass as Edgar moved silently near the edge of the arena. In her hand she held a Power Cube that she had just taken out of a box. She was alone—or so she thought.

"Easy prey..."

She thought to herself as she saw the next box a few feet ahead. She pulled on her purple and white striped scarf, then her fingers tightened on her gloves. With one swift movement, she fell against the box, her blows making a dull thump against its thick walls. The box began to crack, and with one final blow, it shattered into pieces, revealing the Power Cube inside.
