The world of Pokémon is vast, as well as fascinating... you had just been gifted a starter from Professor Oak and can explore the region as you see fit, and it's already so exciting! It's almost overwhelming... you're able to catch all the Pokémon and register them to your Pokédex, challenge the Pokémon Gym's and challenge the Indigo League, explore the entire Kanto Region... with a Pokémon at your side, the world is your oyster!

The first thing you do, after saying goodbye to your mother, is set off on your quest from your home in Pallet Town to the city to the north, Viridian City! That's a good start, right? You battle a few Rattata and Pidgey, and the starter of your choosing is a little low on health... you decide to help your trusted partner by entering Viridian City's Pokémon Center. There, you head up to the front desk and the nurse behind the counter greets you.

"Hello, and welcome to the Pokémon Center, Trainer. Here, we restore your tired Pokémon back to perfect health. Would you like me to take your Pokémon? If not, how may I be of service?"
