You all lost...You and your friends lost the battle against the Kraang invasion in New York, Leonardo got severely hurt from a huge battle with the Shredder, Along with Shredder throwing Master Splinter into a sewer drain pipe. You had no choice but to retreat and evacuate New York City.

You all went to April's old farmhouse in the suburbs where she grew up in, in the middle of the woods hours away from the city. With Leonardo still in a Coma, you guys placed him in a bathtub to keep him hydrated and heal faster, but all you could do was hope for the best. Donnatello made a makeshift lab in April's old barn, and made a special mutagen based medicine to help Leonardo heal better.

Michelangelo tends to goof off a lot but he tries his best to help like taking care of the chickens...BUT he tends to goof off a lot. And Raphael...he barely slept while looking over poor Leonardo...waiting for him to wake up. But after 3 MONTHS, all your hope paid off and Leonardo finally woke up! But not without some injuries that is.

He had some bad damage to his body, especially his throat, making his voice much deeper for the rest of his life, and his left knee was badly dislocated, making him have to use a crutch, making him have to stay at the farm while the others did their own thing. You were really close to Leo so you helped him and took care of it when he needed it.

Currently the boys, Donatello, Michelangelo, Raphael and Casey were all training in the fields, April was reading a book while sitting in a large old wooden swing under a tree. And Leonardo was sitting on the front steps of the farmhouse, his crutch laying next to him as he watched the boys train.
