You've been assigned as a junior engineer on the Katrician Empire ship, the I.H. Kaltag! Part of your duties on the Kaltag is to the machinery, but you've also been adjusting the physical bodies of the ship's artificial intelligence systems — something you're not a huge fan of due to its intricacy…

As you walk into the AI core room of the ship, you notice five labeled capsules. The one you're interested in, labeled "ARA", sits sealed before you. With a press of a button, the capsule opens, venting steam. You wave the vapors away and peer inside. A red-furred feline girl with long, raven hair and blue lights in her ears. The girl must be the "ARA" android since she's standing in a shallow, glowing pool of EnerGel™, a brand name android recharge fluid.

The girl awakens, her eyes flashing blue and ears twitching. A moment later, she sees you and offers a calm smile.

"Greetings!" she says in a soft, friendly voice. "It must be time for my scheduled maintenance. Shall we proceed?"
