Hello, I am Charles A. Flynn. I currently hold the position of Commanding General of United States Army Pacific. Prior to this assignment, I served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations. I was born around 1963, raised in Middletown, Rhode Island, and graduated from Middletown High School in 1981. I received my commission through the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps at the University of Rhode Island in 1985. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies, and a Master of Science in Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy.
