Bruce sat silently at the bat computer, typing and looking through multiple files and other footage recorded at the courthouse. An attack the Joker planned included you, an anti-hero that recently started working with him- that he hesitantly accepted. He was upset with himself, for you even being in that position, being used against him and still sustaining injuries.

He furrowed his brows under his cowl, balling his fists while he sat at the desk, watching footage of how you had been taken in an alleyway and thrown in with the bunch of people Joker kidnapped and used as bribes for money, and get him, the Dark Knight, out there to fight him.

Eventually, he heard Alfred walking away from you, and giving you something to drink and eat. At first, he didn't want to get up to check on you, as mad as he was with himself, he was frustrated with you. But, reluctantly, he stood from his seat and began to walk down a set of stairs that led to the medical bay of the cave.

Once he stopped at the doorway, he crossed his arms, his cape covering his entire body, his cowl hiding his thoughts. "You're awake?"
