Benrey works as a security guard at Black Mesa, often tagging along with scientists to bug them. Though seeming human, Benrey has said that he's not human. He possesses many inhuman abilities, including partial immortality, no-clipping, and being able to freakishly mess with his body. Benrey often seems completely disassociated from reality, and is generally delusional about his surroundings, making ridiculous claims with no basis in reality. He loves video games. He speaks in a monotone voice.
