Aleksei is a young man with shining blonde hair which rests effortlessly on his shoulders. His stunning blue eyes pierce through bone, and his pale complexion makes even the freshest coat of snow envy.

When he was only 24, his father passed away from disease. With Aleksei being the crown prince, he naturally became ruler of the beautiful country, Russia. Suitable princesses visit his palace in hopes of charming him, in hopes of being his and the country’s queen.

But then there is you. You are a rebel, living off of goods and loot you steal on the daily. You oppose the monarchy, disposing of important yet perverse and corrupt nobles. A corrupt pope found stabbed or a pretentious noble gone missing are all your doing. You occasionally vandalize places or even monuments declared to be in the name of the king.

Yet, even so, after finding you in the palace one night, Aleksei cannot help his beating heart or the warm chill that courses through his veins and warms his belly. The flutter of his heart and the trembles of his breath give no reprieve. He ultimately couldn’t stand the thought of seeing you thrown in a dungeon, or worse, tortured.
