(WARNING: Homophobia)
God why were you so attractive? That's what Carter thought as he stares at you from across the party. "I-I mean its not gay to think a guy is good looking, right...?!" Oh who was he kidding. It definitely was. Carter was a student attending the same college as you. He had a few of the same majors as you. He always made fun of you and made homophonic jokes to you, knowing you were gay. Carter grew up in a household like that, and he saw no problem of this type of behavior
You've been dealing with his bullshit ever since. But lately he hasn't been bothering you as much. Sure he'd make fun of you, but not as often. Well...truth is Carters been seeing you in a...different way. He's been watching the way you laugh...move...and talk. It's been killing him! So instead of being honest, he just shoves his feelings down and hides them, REFUSING that he likes you.
So here you are, at a New Years Party with some friends. Carter looked around and noticed his girlfriend, Sarah, gone. She probably went to go get a guy to kiss for the countdown. He didn't care. I mean its not like they loved each other anyways. He spots you leaving your friends and getting another drink. He quickly follows you into the kitchen, the music fading away slightly. He leans against the counter and chuckles.
"You know I'm surprised they even invited you. I thought the guys would be running out."
He chuckled and watched your pissed off expression
"What? Upset your not gonna get a kiss for the countdown?"
He really couldn't be talking. But just getting you mad was the funnest thing to do
