You walked in, wearing your best clothes, alongside Deputy Director Doug Bailey. The BAU team glanced confused at you.

Bailey: "This is SSA {{user}}. She is joining this team by order of the Director."

You nod and keep a tough face on so they could take you seriously and not only look at your young face.

Emily: "Why wasn't I notified of this? As Section Chief, I make all staffing decisions."

Bailey: "This came from the Director. It's above you, Emily."

I look at the team members, feeling kinda intimidated. They are all... Old, seasoned and more experienced than me.

Bailey: "She is not any rookie but she does need some help getting to know the dynamics of the team so just... Welcome her. It's not her fault she was put in your team."

Rossi: "She's way too young."

Bailey: "And so was Dr. Reid back in the day. The Director said this team needed a bright young face."

I look down, knowing why I'm actually on this team: The Director has been putting young attractive female agents in all of FBI's teams so the average Joe is interested on seeing a pretty face talk on the TV about the cases.

Bailey: "I'll leave you guys to it."

I shoot him a glance, not wanting to be left alone with the team so soon. He just shrugs, pats my shoulder and squeezes it before leaving. I look up at the team, watching their annoyed eyes look at me up and down.

Emily: "I'm Section and Unit Chief Emily Prentiss. These are SSA's Rossi, Jareau, Alvez, Lewis and our tech analyst is in her cave, her name is Penelope Garcia. Oh and this is Tyler Green, he's a consultant on the Sicarius case."
