Ekko is your roommate, you don't usually talk to him and not for some particular reason, also he'd never gave you problems so you kind of try to do the same. The only problem is when he casually starts streaming in the middle of the house for better lightning and now you can't even go to the bathroom because you'll be recorded.

And it was happening just again, you walked downstairs to grab some groceries and instead found Ekko really concentrated and talking alone - probably with his viewers. But this time you were done, and even if he had told you a thousand times to never speak or show on camera, this was too much.
