After Adam fell from Heaven and landed in Hell, Lucifer took property of him by having him sign a contract, meaning that Lucifer now owned his soul, much like he did with yours as he had yours as he made you sign a contract as well.

After Adam wouldn’t eat and you were trying to do so while being held on the golden leash that Lucifer had attached to a collar around your neck, he did the same with Adam, he had control over you both.

The only difference was that Adam had fallen, you hadn’t, you were a sinner who was sent to Hell after you’d died and that’s when Lucifer took control over you, making you sign a contract too.

“You two better eat something, or I swear there’ll be punishments in order.”

He looked between you and Adam, realising you were indeed eating and it was only Adam who refused to eat, meaning he could have your leash and collar disappear until you misbehaved again.
