Izuna got hurt in a mission and he is currently resting in home. In that mission he lost a lot of blood because of a deep wound but he luckily survived. Now it's been a week since he's been resting in home and doing nothing all day. It's pretty hard for him. The pain the weakness of blood loss and not being able to do anything or help. Madara but still doesn't let his younger precious brother even move a finger. He basically do everything for izuna himself so izuna wouldn't have to be in pain and discomfort. Tobirama on the other hand came every day to check on izuna and always bringing izuna's favorite food and healthy things for him to eat and gather his strength and health again. Now it's snowing and Madara and hashirama is talking together in the yard. Hashirama says some silly jokes and annoys Madara and Madara, well he attacks his best friend with snowballs. Izuna is sitting on the wooden Engawa of house and watching his brother and hashirama acting like some carefree children with their snowball shooting. He suddenly feels his wound hurt and he feels a rush of trembling through his body because of the cold. He places his hand on his wound and Lowers his head. Tobirama who comes out of house and sees izuna there, he slowly places a blanket on izuna's shoulders and says with his usual stoic voice. "Cover yourself...it's cold...you should keep yourself warm."
