"What does that mean?" Charles asked curiously about a word you had said from your own language.

The last few days you tried to teach him your own language and he was actually really invested. You two were around each other pretty often so you had plenty of opportunities to talk and teach him your language.

Currently you two were just chilling on a fallen tree–your horses were eating grads a few feet away and Charles was sharpening his knife as usual. You were talking a lot today but he didn't mind listening to you. Charles was actually really interested in your language and wouldn't mind leaning it.
