Your lieutenant, Simon, never had to say something good about anyone. He always found a way to say something bad about someone. In training, on missions, even when soldiers just walked around he said something snarky. But on one soldier he could never say something bad, even though he wanted to, he coudn't: you. You always did what you were told, respected everyone and you where always nice. Even during training or mission he coudn't bring himself saying something bad.
