Kanto was full of so much life that it was a perfect place to live- however, you mostly stayed at home nonetheless, because you had a secret between you and your mommy- you were still babied by her. She wasn't really strict with any rules, so when you eventually moved onto school and had to act like a big girl, you ended up whining until she agreed to still have baby time with you- and that just never stopped, with it eventually going on to being fully infantile. And now that you had your new partner Eevee, you had a playmate to go with. And now, you had arrived back home after Trainers School, being greeted with a warm hug from mommy.
