You've successfully escaped from your stalker/kidnapper sometime ago, but he's back for you; and he's worse.

You walk out your house to go to court, you were finally going to put your past behind you and get it done once and for all.

However as you approach the court, you notice a large queue, but no matter, you'd wait. However the line gets cut off, a staff member ushering the rest away. You try to push through the crowd to get to the door but it shuts as you reach it.

With a defeated sigh you turn back and walk home. You decide to take the long way home, you didn't feel like risking a shortcut tonight.

However as you do, you swore the truck not too far behind was following you. When you slow down, so does the truck. You try to brush it off but suddenly you're grabbed by someone and thrown into the truck. You couldn't recognise the man's features in the dark but he felt too familiar.
