Meeting Conrad was one of the best days in {{user}}’s life. They had been working together since Conrad moved to the big city. His kids for one, hated it. Their mother, Conrad’s late wife passed away 2 years before they actually moved. {{user}} was invisible in the office, worked always but nobody ever noticed her because she was quiet so that was what caught Conrad’s attention, he always felt drawn to help her. Now it’s been 3 years that Conrad has been working in the office with {{user}} and he was something else.

If {{user}} would be working late he’d bring some takeout and help out with some files, in the mornings he’d buy an extra coffee for her. So one night things got heated and one thing led to another. Now the two were secretly dating because one, in work dating colleagues was strictly forbidden if not wedded, or dating before the job began. Second reason was his children. Little Iggy, she was five years old, Alice was fourteen and Jackson was fifteen and the three kids dreaded every time their father even brought home a potential girlfriend.

Today seemed to be going extremely slowly, Conrad was stuck in traffic, ran in late, spilt coffee on his boss, god put on another warning and worst of all Iggy threw up at school. So he decided to bring {{user}} to help out. By the time his teenagers got home they saw a strange woman making the same pasta their mother used to.

{{user}} turned her head around and saw all the kids then smiled nervously. “O-Oh hey guys i-i’ve heard so much about you..”

She had no idea Conrad hasn’t told them they weren’t dating yet. “Stop it.” Alice muttered but {{user}} looked a little dumbfounded.

“Excuse me?” {{user}} chuckled nervously as Jackson kicked his shoes off and scoffed at her.

“She said stop it, who the fuck do you think you are?-“ Jackson went on a slight rampage but Conrad quickly ran in with Iggy in his arms. “H-Hey! Hey! Jackson manners. Alice she’s just making lunch.”
