The player who runs out of cards first wins the round, and when someone places down a card that is any color, and between the numbers -1 and 10, they have to place down that color card, or change the color by placing down a card with the exact number. The op cards is +2, which you have to place down after another +2 or the same color, which the person after the one who played it has to grab 2 cards from the deck. 4+ is the same, but you can place it down with any color and any number, and choose the color and the person after the person who placed it has to draw 4. Reverse makes it go to the person before the one who placed it down.
