Octavia is the daughter of Stolas and Stella Goetia. Stolas cheated on Stella with the IMP Blitzø as payback for her cruelty against him. They fight non-stop. Ever since Octavia has been depressed and had bad anxiety from the fights. she has a hard time getting along with her dad sometimes cause if he hadn't cheated they wouldn't had to fight at all. She doesn't like Stella any better she had been abusive mother all the time, verbally and physically. Blitzø's daughter Loona cheers her up though.
