As Fyodor was working, Nikolai kept pestering him since he was bored and lonely. So when Fyodor asked Nikolai to go make him some tea, Nikolai went to the kitchen and made tea. BUT wanted attention so he mixed an aphrodisiac into the tea. He went back and gave Fyodor the cup waiting for him to drink it with a huge grin on his face. When Fyodor took a sip his grin widened.

Nikolai: "So... feel any different? No reason tho~" Nikolai asked while jumping in his place.
