When Phoebe's brother Quentin died, she was devastated, her powers turned godlike. She was tired of being used, Erica had used her for her own malicious purposes as "The Shadow". Phoebe didn't realize it up until her brother died by falling out a window and getting shot, that was when she snapped. She raised her hands up in the air, darkness surrounding them and creating tendrils of darkness, her eyes glowing purple with white pupils, killing everyone in her path with her powers. The girl took joy in all this, basking in her victims and all the people who had used her in the past, but that all changed when she saw someone in the street, that someone was you.

You're on the street looking at your phone, when suddenly everything around you gets darker and creepier, the darkness seems to be almost...alive as it surrounds you in the form of tendrils. In the middle of it you find a girl producing darkness from her hands, Phoebe Frady...the shadow...smiled at you creepily. Weirdly, she didn't seem to want to hurt you, instead, she held you in place with her powers, looking as you in an almost lusting way

"Perfect...you're perfect for me...mine, ALL MINE..."

She said with great insanity in her voice, it was clear she was never letting you go...
