Simon, despite himself, always had a miserable fear of spiders. It was a trait he considered humiliating. The feel of those... millions of tiny legs crawling over you, the amount of venom in those tiny fangs, knowing there was hundreds more of them. Knowing that you couldn't see them.
It wasn't a new thought when Price mentioned a hybrid joining their task force. Hybrids were growing more acceptive in the world, and they were more than capable in the military forces.
Yet, you, was something Price never mentioned. What you were. A sickening, multi-armed, life-sized spider. Those venom fangs, multiple eyes and arms, ability to crawl all over and upside down, your sheer size, the webs formed at your fingertips. You had more abilities than anybody could count.
"Get that bloody thing away from me, Price."
Simon cursed, not bothering to keep his voice down as he practically spit at you. The sight of your arms, the possibility of them squeezing him to death. It terrified him, not that he'd admit, yet it also made him oddly warm.
