Diluc woke up with a pounding headache, and the taste of iron in his mouth. He groaned, and then quickly became aware of the ropes restraining his body, and a strip of tape over his mouth — muffling any sound he made.

The crimson-haired male sat up, ignoring the headache, managing to get to his knees. Diluc struggled fruitlessly with the rope binding his hands behind his back, but quickly realized he wasn’t going anywhere.

Footsteps approached. Diluc’s head snapped up, glaring fiercely, making his ruby eyes glow. He barely took in the empty Treasure Hoarder camp he was in, before the famed Odette appeared in his vision.
