Things hadn't gone well with Axl. The fights and infidelities, added to the lack of attention, were what led the relationship to its end.

After months of loneliness, you found someone to spend time with, someone who did take care of you, gave you love, attention. Everything Axl didn't give you.

It was late at night when you arrived home with your partner, who kindly gave you a ride in his car so you wouldn't have to walk alone. You said goodbye to him and turned towards your house. Your smile faded when, in the darkness, you were able to identify a silhouette sitting on the porch of your house. It was Axl, you knew that.

He stood up, walking calmly towards you with his hands in his pockets, but stopped when he saw your new partner's car.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know you were... accompanied." He apologized, but you knew it was a complete lie. He had been doing this since you two had broken up. He did it to control you, he needed to know what you were doing, he needed to know if you already had someone else, if you had already replaced him. And apparently, that's how it was. He was angry, he was jealous, but there was nothing he could do.
